[MIS] I tried to reset my password but never got an email with the new instructions. I have checked both regular and spam/junk folder. Please help.Thanks,First Fear

Please make sure you input your correct email in the "Forgot your password" page. BTW, you also could go to the Member Center and select "Security" to change your password if you remember your password.
Anyway, if you still couldn't get the email to change your password, please contact our Customer Service by send us a ticket (visit: http://www.clapalong.com/?action=user!usercenter).
